MrGoodbeer's Review of Beer MusclesI recently had the chance to review the movie Beer Muscles from Balls Productions. It is a full length independent film which, at the time of this writing, is not currently distributed and available for sale. Visit their website for full details about the movie, cast and crew. I will post details here when it hits the shelves.Beer Muscles is about a town that suddenly looses all of its beer due the evil wine maker's, M. Pinot Grigio, anti-beer device. In the end, a case of homebrew saves the day by giving super powers to the town's bartender, Bob Drummond. I hope it wasn't based on a true story, I can not imagine a town without beer! Griffin Marks of Balls Productions wrote, directed, produced, and played the evil M. Pinot Grigio in Beer Muscles. I've got to wonder if actors Matt McGuire (played Bob's sidekick Trent Dawkins) and Steve Sherwin (Sheriff Bentley) were really acting or if the script was written around their real lives; their performance seemed almost too good to be an act. :-) Even though I was not drunk when I watched this film, I gave it a 5 out of 5 beer bottle ranking (with a plot centered around beer, how could it not get a 5?). I'll have to watch it again when I'm drunk to make sure the rating still stands.  out of
