    Ring Around The Neck

    Cause:

    Most probably bacterial infection due to poor sanitation technique. If the beer has a ring but smells and tastes fine, the ring may have been caused by the priming solution which was not completely mixed.

    Corrective Action:

    Refer to sanitation practices and/or try using a different type of sanitizer such as iodophor.
